We retain account data for two years after closure to comply with payment provider and regional regulations. After two years, personal information is deleted. Transaction records may be kept longer if required by law or for dispute resolution.

Game outcomes are controlled by the provider (Pragmatic, Evolution, PG Soft), not luxhoki. We cannot alter results. If you suspect a technical error, report it with your game session ID. We escalate to the provider's compliance team for investigation.

No. We never store your full payment details. Payment providers handle all sensitive data. We store only a reference token to process future transactions. Your bank or e-wallet provider controls your actual account information.

You can set Deposit references, session time limits and self-imposed account restrictions through your settings. These limits are enforced immediately. You can also request a temporary account freeze or permanent closure anytime without penalty or waiting period.
